« The Pannonian Research Center encourages research and scholarly work on wind music of all kinds and invites submissions of master’s theses for the PFS Research Award 2023. Nominations are open in the field of wind music research in Europe and especially in the German-speaking countries (community band, military wind music, instrumental topics, composers, repertoire etc.).

Scientific research on wind music in German-speaking countries should be particularly encouraged, but Master’s theses in English, French, Spanish and Italian can also be submitted. They must have been written in the period from 01 January 2019 to 01 June 2023. »
