«The Conservatory of Music at Oberlin College invites applications for the James R. ’58 and Susan Neumann Postdoctoral Fellowship in Jazz History beginning with the 2022–23 academic year. This is a full-time, non-continuing, two-year, non-renewable, faculty position in Jazz Studies and Musicology. The fellowship is for scholars who have completed their doctorate within the past five years, or who are ABD and expect to complete their terminal degree by the end of the first year of the fellowship, to pursue research, publication, and teaching on topics in jazz history through use of the James R. and Susan Neumann Jazz Collection and other special collections at Oberlin College & Conservatory. »
