Appel à contributions de la revue Women & Music: A Journal of Gender and Culture pour son numéro 2025.
« Women & Music: A Journal of Gender and Culture invites the submission of short compositions to be considered for our 2025 publication. Submitted works should be composed by persons who identify as female or non-binary, or the composition should deal directly with topics of gender or sexuality. Previously unpublished new works and tra
nscriptions or editions of historical material are both welcome and encouraged. Submissions may not exceed five pages.
Please send camera-ready copy to WAMjournal@gmail.com by April 1.
Please bear in mind that the print area of the journal is 7.5 x 4.5 inches. Submissions will be peer reviewed.
Women & Music is particularly interested in work that provides a critical perspective on music and sound, and in work that considers the role of gender, sexuality, race, citizenship, class, or other cultural and social factors in the production, circulation or consumption of music.
