Appel de conférences pour la rencontre printanière de l’AMS Capital Chapter, Catholic University of America (Washington, DC), 13 avril 2024.

« The Capital Chapter of the American Musicological Society invites proposals for papers and lecture-recitals for its Spring 2024 meeting to be held in-person, hosted by the Catholic University of America. This meeting will include the annual competition for the Irving Lowens Award for Student Research.

Proposals are welcome across all areas of musicological research from faculty, independent scholars, and students of any discipline. Papers and lecture-recitals will be limited to 20 minutes followed by a 10-minute question-and-answer period. Presenters must be members of the American Musicological Society. Applicants may submit only one proposal per meeting. Projection, audio playback, and a piano are all available. If your presentation requires any additional equipment, please also indicate that in your proposal. »
