« MUSE, an undergraduate music research journal at UCLA, is accepting paper submissions for its Spring 2023 general issue. Submissions to MUSE are open to any undergraduate student regardless of institution, major, or course of study. MUSE only accepts submissions from students currently in undergraduate programs, or from those who have graduated within the past twelve months and have not yet begun graduate study.
MUSE publishes scholarship over a wide range of music-related subjects, including but not limited to historical musicology, ethnomusicology, music analysis, popular music, sound studies, pedagogy, performance studies, critical theory, aesthetics, gender and sexuality, and cultural studies. Topics that employ interdisciplinary approaches are especially encouraged. »
