« Now in its thirty-fifth year, Context publishes research articles, book reviews, edited interviews with composers, and research project reports. Context is a fully refereed journal dedicated to publishing research of the highest quality from all sources, but is especially keen to assist publication of work by early-career academics and postgraduate students. Context is a Diamond Open Access journal, with no fees or article processing charges. From 2025, each issue is continually published, meaning articles are finalised as soon as they clear peer review, copyediting, and typesetting. »
