« The North American British Music Studies Association invites presentation proposals for the Eleventh Biennial NABMSA Conference, 25-28 July 2024. We celebrate the 20th anniversary of our first conference with a return to Oberlin College & Conservatory, Oberlin, Ohio, which hosted us in 2004.

We welcome abstract submissions of no more than 500 words on any topic related to British music in its broadest definition, from antiquity to the present day. We encourage those that draw upon interdisciplinary or broader cultural contexts (e.g., ethnomusicology, cultural studies, critical race theory, popular music studies, subaltern studies, etc.). »
