« The Midwest Chapter officers are pleased to announce that the Fall 2023 meeting will be held virtually on Saturday, October 14, and Sunday, October 15, 2023, hosted by the University of Missouri.

Proposals for presentations, workshops, roundtables and/or special sessions, poster presentations, and papers with a performance component are welcome on any topic related to musicology.

Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words and should clearly indicate the scope of the research, methodology, and conclusions. Paper presentations will be limited to twenty minutes, with an additional ten minutes allotted for questions and discussion. Workshops, roundtable discussions, and special sessions may not exceed 90 minutes. Speakers at the past 2023 Spring meeting are not eligible to submit a paper abstract for the 2023 Fall meeting; however, they are welcome to submit proposals for poster presentations or participate in roundtable discussions. Only one submission per person is allowed. »
