« Cathedrals are the cornerstones of Western societies. Especially in premodern times, they had great power and prestige, and life in them fluctuated between liturgical services and ceremonies in which processions stood out for their splendour and magnificence. Despite the fact that Spanish cathedrals have a noteworthy historiography, research on them is far from exhausted. This conference aims to delve into the uses and customs of the cathedrals. »
