« Next year marks the fiftieth anniversary of the release of Joni Mitchell’s groundbreaking album Blue. Blue has been cited by many musicians and critics as her greatest (and saddest) album, the culmination of her early recordings, a work unprecedented in its emotional and psychological depth, craftsmanship, and sheer beauty.
Our distinguished invited speakers include renowned authors, scholars, and music critics: Malka Marom, Prof. Nicole Biamonte, Prof. Daniel Levitin, Prof. Lloyd Whitesell, Ann Powers.
